FIVE FACTS FROM THE SOURCE (Embedded):
Unlike most modern workouts, "parkour is a natural style to train the fast moving ability of bodies and use everything surrounded us," (techno reporter).

"No matter if you are in the city or in the rural place, parkour demands you to face the obstacles in front of you and challenge them," (techno reporter) with a confident attitude.

While many who oppose parkour focus on the dangers of it, "we can learn how to control dangers correctly and minimize it," (techno reporter).

Many people fail to see that the, "target of parkour is to weigh advantages and assess crisis and make use of effective skills to go through each obstacle safely," (techno reporter).

All parkour requires is, "a T-shirt, a pair of running shoes and a pair of sporting trousers," (technoreporter) saving money.

"In the world of health and fitness, if there’s anything that France has done, it is introducing the sport of free running," (medical daily) which benefits the human body in multiple ways.

By definition, "the objective of ‘parkour’ is to be able to find a path from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible," (medical daily).

In parkour/free running, "everything is about ‘movement’, this involves one having to ‘move’ every part of their body (i.e. cardiovascular exercise), finally resulting in one getting fitter and fitter by the day," (medical daily).

Practicing a sport as spontanious as parkour "involves negotiating obstacles that require one to make choices to very quickly, this results in practice for the mind as well, as it makes one to think on their feet," (medical daily).

After accomplishing a goal set in parkour, "this can-do attitude that can lead to greater confidence that can spread to other areas of your lives," (medical daily).

FIVE FACTS FROM THE SOURCE (Embedded):
When introduced to parkour and free running its hard to ignore David "Belle's cat-like balancing acts, his eye-popping feats of agility, his sheer strength," (fox news) instantly hooking most viewers.

Although parkour provides plenty of health benefits, "One orthopedic surgeon told FOXNews.com that the activity is a great way to exercise, but it also can result in sprains, broken bones and torn ligaments," (fox news).

What many parkourists and free runners dont understand is that "It all traces back to Belle, 39, a French actor and stuntman trained in gymnastics and martial arts. He is largely credited with developing parkour in Paris' suburbs after he served briefly in the French marine infantry. His videos are legendary and inspirational within parkour circles, with acrobatic maneuvers few can match," (fox news).

A man who goes by the name Toorock recognized the need for safe enviornments for parkour so he opened Primal Fitness "where he trains men and women of all ages to become parkour pros during 6-week-long "boot camps."" (fox news).

Even though Toorock stresses safety injuries are still a very real possibility as he says, "I put down a pad, but apparently the pad wasn't enough. You should always practice with safety in mind, but at the same time, you have to try things to expand your boundaries." (Toorock).

FIVE FACTS FROM THE SOURCE (Embedded):
Parents of Kenneth"believe parkour, an urban sport popularized on the Internet, might be to blame," (kcra) for his death.
He was just like any other regular high school student which "School officials said he was a member of Franklin High School's cross country and academic decathalon teams. But now, Kenneth Ta is dead," (kcra) quite possibly from parkour activities.

Parkour has been popularized over the internet and can be from climbing over, "rooftops or over fences. To some extent, it can be lethal" (kcra).

A close friend of Kenneth noted that parkour, "is a personal choice, but you have got to be careful. Life is precious and you never know when you can lose it," (Duino).

Parkour/free running enthusiasts are always trying to break the bounderies however this time the situation took a turn for the worst when,"Sacramento police said the 15-year-old fell from an eight-story parking structure," (kcra).
